Job Role:

We are looking for

dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executives

to promote and sell

Urbania

and other commercial vehicle models. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Force Motors vehicles (Urbania, Traveller, Trax, etc.) to walk-in and field customers Understand customer needs and suggest suitable models and financing options Conduct field visits to generate leads and build customer relationships Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Arrange test drives and follow up with prospective buyers Maintain proper documentation and customer records Participate in promotional activities and campaigns

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree 1-3 years experience in commercial or passenger vehicle sales (Freshers can apply) Good communication and negotiation skills Must have a valid driving license and two-wheeler Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ?10,000 - ?15,000 (based on experience) Attractive Incentives based on performance Fuel Allowance Career growth opportunities within the dealership
