Generate new leads through site visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Contact and follow up with prospective buyers to understand their requirements.
Present and explain property features, layouts, pricing, and payment plans.
Conduct property site visits and assist clients during the selection process.
Negotiate pricing and finalize deals as per company policies.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales in CRM.
Coordinate with marketing, documentation, and finance teams where required.
Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred) -- business, marketing, or related field.
4-7 years of real estate or direct sales experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused attitude and confident presentation skills.
Ability to work under targets and handle fieldwork/site visits.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge; familiarity with WhatsApp & Excel.
Own vehicle (preferred).
