Attend customer inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Conduct project/site visits with potential clients and explain property details, layouts, pricing, and benefits.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Negotiate and finalize deals to meet sales targets.
Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, and sales reports.
Keep track of market trends and competitor projects.
Assist in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to generate leads.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills

Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
Confident personality with presentation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business).
Local real estate market knowledge is an added advantage.
