Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
