We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle Van Sales operations. The role involves direct selling, route management, distributor/retailer relationship building, order collection, payment follow-up, and ensuring product availability in the assigned territory through a company van.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out daily van sales and direct B2B sales activities as per assigned route plan and beat schedule.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and volume growth.
Collect orders, generate invoices, and ensure timely delivery through van stock.
Handle cash and credit collections as per company policy and deposit the same on time.
Monitor stock levels in the van and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Plus Two (minimum)
1-3 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods sales, preferably in Van Sales.
Valid driving license (two-wheeler / four-wheeler as applicable).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in the field and handle targets and collections.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
