Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tile and sanitary products.
Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts team for smooth order execution.
Maintain product display and showroom cleanliness.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
