Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Data Mining
Regular
data mining
from online platforms, directories, LinkedIn, portals, and databases
Build and maintain daily calling data for:
Immigration consultants
Business consultants
legal firms
Business owners and entrepreneurs
Maintain clean and updated lead data in CRM
Cold Calling & Outreach
Make
daily cold calls
to B2B and B2C prospects
Explain USAIS services clearly and confidently
Generate interest, qualify leads, and book meetings/consultations
Follow up systematically via calls, WhatsApp, and email
B2B - Immigration & Channel Partners
Identify and onboard
immigration partners and referral partners
Pitch partnership models and explain commission structures
Conduct partner meetings (online/offline)
Visit partner offices if required or requested
Maintain long-term partner relationships and drive recurring referrals
B2C - Direct Clients
Handle inbound and self-generated B2C leads
Conduct initial eligibility discussions and requirement analysis
Arrange and attend client meetings (co-working spaces / client offices)
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and case processing
Ensure timely follow-ups and conversions
Field Visits & Meetings
Visit:
Client offices
Immigration/consulting firms
Co-working spaces for meetings
Represent USAIS professionally in all in-person interactions
Sales, Reporting & Compliance
Achieve
daily calling, meeting, and conversion targets
Maintain detailed CRM entries for calls, meetings, and follow-ups
Share daily and weekly activity reports with management
Follow company SOPs, compliance, and ethical sales practices
Skills & RequirementsMandatory
Proven experience or strong interest in
BDE / Sales / Cold Calling
Comfortable with
high-volume calling and field work
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Self-driven and disciplined in a remote setup
Willingness to travel locally for meetings
Preferred
Experience in immigration, overseas education, visa consulting, or B2B services
Existing database or network in Gurugram/Delhi NCR
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
