The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring high product visibility and availability in the market. This role involves extensive fieldwork, market intelligence gathering, and execution of sales and promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's FMCG products within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and shelf presence at retail outlets.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and report findings to the manager.
Implement and oversee promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing activities.
Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payment collection.
Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in the field.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, FMCG sales Industry
1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales Industry
Good knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and retail networks.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/SFA tools.
Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
