Job Overview:



Our Company is seeking for highly motivated

Sales Professionals for Project / Retail Sales

of uPVC Windows and Doors to support the growth and expansion of our products in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have

0-3 years' experience

, with specific experience in selling uPVC Windows & Doors.

Key Responsibilities:



Project/Retail Sales Development:



Identify, target, and pursue potential projects, including residential, commercial and industrial developments, to specify and sell our products. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the project sales segment, such as architects, builders, contractors, and developers. Develop tailored solutions for project clients, including technical support, quotations, and product presentations to ensure project specifications are met. Carry our product samples and show to prospective clients to have a look & feel of our products.

Sales Target Achievement:



Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective prospecting, project acquisition, and sales strategies. Provide accurate sales forecasts and progress reports, ensuring that sales targets are aligned with project timelines.

Technical Support & Product Knowledge:



Provide detailed product knowledge and technical support to clients, guiding them through the selection and installation process for our products. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful execution of product specifications on-site.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:



Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction for project clients. Assist the project management team in ensuring that project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high product quality standards.

Market Expansion & Networking:



Identify new project opportunities and work with developers, architects, and construction companies to expand the footprint of Dhabriya Polywood Limited's products in the assigned region. Attend industry events, trade shows, and project meetings to network and build relationships with potential project clients. Organize regular architects meets.

Problem Resolution:



Address any issues or challenges raised by project clients, providing timely solutions to ensure smooth project execution and satisfaction. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any on-site or product-related concerns.

Management Reporting

:

Submit regular reports, including daily call updates, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analysis, to track sales performance and market trends. Keep management informed on progress, sales achievements, and market conditions, providing actionable insights for decision-making.

Must Have:



Education:

BTech or MBA in Marketing & Sales. Medium of study throughout should be English only.

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in project sales, preferably within the uPVC industry.

Presentable:

Should be Presentable with a professional demeanor, maintaining a polished and approachable image.

English Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage, influence and maintain clear dialogue with project clients, internal teams and stakeholders.

Customer-Centric:

Focused on understanding and addressing client needs to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to analyze project specifications, market trends and performance data to drive sales decisions.

Competitor Analysis:

Skilled in monitoring competitor activity, market conditions, and pricing strategies to adjust project sales tactics and maintain a competitive advantage.

Self-Motivated:

Driven to meet sales targets and motivated to succeed in a competitive market.

Problem Solver:

Quick to identify challenges and offer practical solutions for project execution.

Team Player:

Willingness to collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to ensure the overall success of projects.

Negotiation Skills:

Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for large-scale projects and close deals effectively.
