A Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales. The role involves understanding customer needs and offering suitable products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through calls, visits, and online platforms
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and track competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems
Negotiate prices, terms, and close deals
Coordinate with marketing and support teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory)
Proven experience in sales or customer handling
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong persuasion and presentation abilities
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
