Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
Handle customer inquiries and explain project details clearly
Arrange and conduct site visits with clients
Negotiate prices and close sales deals
Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, accounts, legal)
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation preferred (12th pass can also apply)
0-3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers welcome)
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Knowledge of local real estate market is a plus
