Arba Designs is a growing interior design brand known for creating beautiful, functional, and contemporary spaces. We're expanding our team and looking for a passionate, confident Sales Executive who loves connecting with people and helping them transform their homes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle new leads generated through Meta ads, website, walk-ins, and referrals
Explain our services, design process, pricing, and timelines to potential clients
Understand client requirements and schedule design consultations
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed projects
Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Work closely with the design team to deliver accurate proposals
Maintain and update CRM/lead sheets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the brand professionally at all times
Requirements
Proven experience in sales (interior design, real estate, or service industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
Ability to understand basic interior design concepts (training will be provided)
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
Basic computer skills (Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
Fluent in English + local language
