Job Title: Exhibition Stall Sales Executive



Job Summary:



The Exhibition Stall Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting exhibitors who require customized exhibition stall design and fabrication services. The role focuses on B2B sales, client consultation, and closing stall-making projects for exhibitions and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential exhibitors participating in upcoming exhibitions and trade fairs Approach exhibitors via calls, emails, site visits, and exhibition organizer databases Present stall design, fabrication, and turnkey exhibition solutions Understand exhibitor branding, space size, budget, and objectives Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and design concepts Coordinate with design and production teams for feasibility and costing Negotiate pricing, timelines, and terms to close deals Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions Monitor exhibition schedules and ensure timely order closure Required Skills & Competencies Strong B2B sales and client handling skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Understanding of exhibition stall fabrication, materials, and layouts (preferred) Negotiation and closing skills Ability to work with tight deadlines and exhibition timelines
