Key Responsibilities:
Handle
incoming leads, inquiries, and existing customers
Generate
new sales through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
Actively work on
lead generation and conversion
Maintain daily
sales reports and customer data
Achieve
monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong
customer relationships
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order processing
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase order value
Follow company sales scripts, pricing, and policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate preferred
1-3 years of experience
in Sales / Telecalling / Business Development
Good
communication & convincing skills
(Hindi & basic English)
Confident in
calling, follow-ups, and negotiations
Basic knowledge of
CRM / Excel / WhatsApp Business
Target-driven mindset
