for our Agra location. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
cold calls
to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities
Execute
email marketing
campaigns to nurture leads and follow up with prospects
Perform
data mining
to identify potential clients from various online and offline sources
Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services
Close deals
and ensure timely payment collection
Achieve
monthly sales targets
and contribute to business growth
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or business development (B2B experience preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Basic knowledge of email tools, CRM, and MS Excel
Self-motivated and result-driven attitude
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in cold calling and lead generation
Local market knowledge of Agra is an advantage
