The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting travel enquiries into confirmed tour bookings by understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable tour packages, following up with leads, and achieving individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound travel enquiries via calls and WhatsApp
Understand customer requirements (destination, budget, dates, number of travellers)
Present and customize tour packagesConduct regular follow-ups and close bookings
Handle customer objections and negotiations professionally
Coordinate with internal teams for booking and payment confirmations
Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM / tracking sheets
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets
Skills & Requirements
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Comfortable with sales calls and WhatsApp communication
Target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of travel destinations (preferred)
Willingness to work from
