Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard small business clients in Beauty, Wellness, and Professional services sectors.
Sell company solutions/services to international clients (USA & Europe markets).
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
Conduct virtual sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets independently.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and pipelines using CRM tools.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
4 years of proven experience
in sales (B2B/B2C), preferably international sales.
Experience selling solutions/services to

Strong understanding of USA and Europe business culture and sales processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
