We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our dealer network and drive sales growth. The candidate should be proactive, confident in communication, and capable of achieving monthly sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new dealers for the company.
Open a minimum of 5 new dealer accounts every month.
Generate a minimum order value of ?25,000 per dealer.
Achieve a monthly sales target of 4-5 successful sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
Follow up with dealers for regular orders and payments.
Maintain proper records of sales activities and dealer details.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing.
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in sales or field marketing preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Two-wheeler preferred for field work.
Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate
(MBA preferred but exceptional)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
