Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic and self-motivated

Sales Executive

to help grow our client base and promote our full range of construction services. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective clients in the construction and real estate sectors Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits and industry events Conduct client meetings and present tailored proposals and solutions Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover Maintain an up-to-date CRM with client interactions and sales pipeline updates Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

Must-Have:

3 + years of experience in B2B sales (construction or related industry preferred) Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills Goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools a plus Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
