Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, and direct visits.
Sales Presentations:
Effectively explain our products/services to clients and answer their queries.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong connections with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales targets.
Reporting:
Maintain a daily record of calls, meetings, and sales status in our tracking system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Graduate in any stream (preferred).
Communication:
Fluent in English and [Insert Local Language, e.g., Hindi] with a clear and professional speaking voice.
Experience:
minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service .
Personality:
Highly motivated, polite, and able to handle customer objections with a smile.
