We are seeking an experienced
Sales Executive
with a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for helping businesses grow. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, managing the entire sales process, and contributing to the expansion of our printing and advertising solutions across the Sydney region and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
o Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
- Identify and qualify potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
o Consultative Selling
- Understand clients' business needs and recommend tailored printing, distribution, and marketing solutions.
- Present service offerings effectively and confidently.
o Sales Process Management
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and follow up to secure repeat business.
o Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
o Market Research & Strategy
- Track competitor offerings and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
o Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales
, preferably in advertising, marketing, printing, logistics, or related industries.
o Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
o Strong communication and negotiation skills.
o Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
o Goal-driven, proactive and highly organized.
o Valid work authorization in Australia
(where applicable).
o Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

o Competitive monthly salary package: ₹4,80,000- ?9,60,000 per annum
(based on experience and performance).
