Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers via cold calling, networking, and research.
Client Engagement:
Meet with clients (in-person/virtual), understand needs, demonstrate products, and build trust.
Sales & Negotiation:
Present solutions, negotiate contracts, close deals, and process orders.
Account Management:
Nurture existing client relationships and find upselling opportunities.
Reporting & Strategy:
Maintain accurate records in CRM, track performance, report on sales, and adapt strategies.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Essential Skills
Communication:
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Negotiation:
Ability to secure favorable terms.
Relationship Building:
Strong interpersonal skills for client retention.
Problem-Solving:
Tailoring solutions to customer needs.

Bachelor's degree.
Proven sales experience, freshers with strong skills are also welcome.
Familiarity with CRM software.
