Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Executive

to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, field visits, and online platforms Present, promote, and sell company products/services to potential customers Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals Maintain and update customer data in CRM or sales records Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Coordinate with the marketing and support teams Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally

Requirements:



Education:

Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). Fluency in [languages required - e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
