Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solar solutions (ground-mounted, rooftop, carport, and tracking systems).
Participate in client meetings and explain system designs, components, and benefits.
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, follow-ups, proposals, and conversion.
Use CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and sales pipelines.
Support tendering and documentation processes when required.
Stay updated on solar regulations in
India, MENA, and Europe
(training will be provided).
Understand pricing structures, payment terms, and negotiate profitable deals.
Participate in LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and solar expos for lead generation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain awareness of import/export duties, freight costs, and market taxation (training provided).
Qualifications
Deep knowledge of ground-mounted, rooftop, carport, and tracking systems; skill in diagnosing client requirements and offering the best-fit solution (not just pushing products), Familiarity with solar project lifecycles, tendering processes, and regulations in India, MENA, and Europe. Awareness of global EPC players, developers, and government incentives.Expertise in using CRMs to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Understanding of digital lead generation and nurturing strategies (LinkedIn, email campaigns, solar expos); Ability to structure competitive pricing models, payment terms, and negotiate contracts profitably. Awareness of import/export duties, freight costs, and tax implications across different market.
