About the Role



We are seeking a motivated

Sales Executive

to drive new business for our dropshipping and e-commerce logistics solutions. The candidate will focus on onboarding online sellers, Shopify store owners, D2C brands, and digital entrepreneurs who need reliable fulfillment, inventory management, last-mile delivery, and dropshipping support.

Key Responsibilities



Generate and convert leads from e-commerce sellers, Shopify stores, Amazon/Flipkart sellers, influencers, and dropshipping businesses. Promote our dropshipping logistics services including warehousing, order fulfillment, packaging, last-mile delivery, and COD services. Understand client store models, product categories, volumes, and pain points to offer tailored logistics solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle: outreach, demo, proposal, negotiation, onboarding, and retention. Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeated business and long-term partnerships. Track market trends in e-commerce, dropshipping, and logistics to identify new opportunities. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

1-3 years of sales experience

, preferably in e-commerce logistics, fulfillment centers, courier/cargo, or SaaS selling to online sellers. Understanding of dropshipping workflows (order routing, inventory sync, shipping partners, returns). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to explain logistics processes to beginners (new sellers/dropshippers). Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication.
