of clients and ensuring accuracy of documents.
Case File Submission & Completion
as per company guidelines.
Loan Application Filling
for own clients and for
DSA + Connectors

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution.
Sourcing New Cases
and generating leads through field visits and relationships.
E-NACH Signing & Completion
or ECS form processing.
Coordinating for
old e-NACH signing
and follow-ups.
Weekly / Monthly Tasks
EMI Collection Responsibility
for assigned portfolio.
Building & Maintaining Relationships
with DSAs and Connectors along with Sales Head & Channel Manager.
Supporting the
Reporting Manager
in daily operational and sales tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
12th Pass / Graduate
(preferred).
Experience in NBFC, microfinance, loan sales, or field sales is an advantage.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Basic understanding of loan processes, KYC, and EMI concepts.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
Two-wheeler preferred for field visits (if applicable).
