Ecure Healthcare Private Limited requires Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting and expanding the company's diagnostic network across states, establishing strong client relationships, and ensuring alignment with compliance and quality expectations.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities and expand client base across multiple states.
Conduct frequent interstate travel to meet Diagnostic Centres (DCs), hospitals, and healthcare partners.
Provide brief orientation to DCs about
basic compliance expectations
(documents, licensing, infrastructure, quality standards).
Share feedback to the audit team regarding:
DC location details and facility setup.
Key infrastructure (reception, lab, waiting area, toilets, instruments, etc.).
Regulatory awareness (licenses, GST, NABL/NABH, etc).
Support in collecting basic documentation required before formal DC audit.
Maintain sales records, submit visit reports, and meet assigned targets.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
High willingness to travel interstate frequently (15-20 days/month).
Basic knowledge of diagnostic centre operations and compliance standards.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to diverse markets.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any stream preferably in Life Sciences, lab technician or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in healthcare/diagnostics).
