Growthmiles with Rishi Jha is a fast-growing podcast brand dedicated to impactful conversations across health, finance, and relationships. In the past year, we have launched 20 live episodes, completed recordings with 30 leading influencers, and have 15 more high-profile creators scheduled. We produce 8 podcasts per month and are booked till January 2026. We aim to maintain a strategic mix of 4 paid podcast shoots and 4 collaboration shoots every month, ensuring constant growth and industry leadership.
Position Overview
We are looking for a driven
Sales Executive
to help onboard paid guests for our podcast channel. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and excellent at communication--capable of turning leads into confirmed bookings through structured sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead Generation from various online and offline sources
? Client Outreach through calls, emails, DMs, and social media
? Pitching podcast services and explaining value propositions
? Scheduling virtual meetings with potential guests
? Updating and managing CRM entries accurately
? Coordinating proposals and closing deals
? Regular follow-ups for conversion
? Basic market research to identify potential paid guests
? Weekly reporting on performance and pipeline
? Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Client communication
is a core part of this role.
Travel is not required
--all coordination is done digitally.
Requirements
Experience
0-3 years in sales / business development / inside sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
