Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building long-term business relationships to promote ERP Next and other software services offered by company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients in target industries. Generate new business through LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold calling. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition. Develop and present customized proposals to prospective clients. Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies. Maintain a record of client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM tools. Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and networking events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (IT Preferred). Minimum 6 months of experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
