Key Responsibilities
Sell
German Education Programs
and
German Language Courses (A1-B2 levels)

Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp queries, emails, and social media leads.
Counsel students about opportunities in Germany, course options, eligibility, and pathways.
Explain course details, fee structure, timelines, and benefits confidently.
Maintain strong follow-up with potential students and drive conversions.
Work with the marketing team to execute outreach campaigns and promotional activities.
Update CRM systems and maintain proper student data.
Participate in seminars, online sessions, and promotional events when required.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's revenue goals.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing ability and customer-centric approach.
Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
Basic understanding of overseas education (Germany preferred) -- not mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (training provided).
Good follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
