Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Generate new leads through calls, site visits, networking, and referrals. Conduct detailed property presentations and assist clients during site visits. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and project details.

Requirements:



Freshers can also apply. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset. Graduation is must.
