We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Sales Executive to join our sales team. The main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to potential customers as well as existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Explain solar solutions to clients, including technical and financial benefits.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and relevant documentation.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Stay updated with market trends, government policies, and competitors in the solar energy sector.
Achieve sales targets.
Maintain customer records and database.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Post Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Work experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
