Key Responsibilities (KRA) - Sales & Distribution Executive (Uttar Pradesh)
1. Achieve Monthly & Quarterly Sales Targets
Meet assigned sales goals by generating consistent orders and driving market penetration.
2. New Dealer & Shop Onboarding
Identify, approach, and onboard new shops, retailers, and distributors across allocated UP districts.
3. Ensure Daily Market Visits
Visit mobile accessory markets daily and achieve maximum shop coverage in the assigned territory.
4. Order Booking & Timely Supply Coordination
Collect orders from retail counters and coordinate with the supply/logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
5. Strengthen Dealer & Retailer Relationships
Build long-term professional relationships with shopkeepers and distributors to ensure repeat business and retention.
6. Brand Visibility & Market Expansion
Promote products, execute schemes/offers, and increase visibility of the company brand in district-level markets.
7. Competitor & Market Intelligence
Gather information on competitor products, pricing, schemes, and share actionable insights with management.
8. Payment Collection & Credit Management
Ensure on-time collections (cash/credit) and follow company protocols for outstanding payments.
9. Customer Complaint Resolution
Address on-ground product issues or grievances and coordinate with internal teams for quick solutions.
10. Daily Reporting & Documentation
Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), maintain visit logs, order records, and share area-wise weekly performance updates with management.
