Role Over
We are looking for confident, ambitious, and target-driven Sales Executives who can conduct onsite
client visits, generate business opportunities, s, and and close close deals. This role suits individuals who excel at face-to-face communication, field sales, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Onsite Client Visits & Lead Generation
-Visit potential clients in assigned regions.
Generate leads through field networking, referrals, and business visits.
- Identify opportunities in local markets and industries.
2. Promote VortexWeb Services
- CRM implementation & support
- Custom software development
- Cloud & DevOps services
-Website & mobile app development
-Digital transformation solutions
3. Client Meetings & Requirement Gathering
- Conduct physical meetings with clients
- Understand business challenges and gather detailed requirements.
- Coordinate demos and presentations with technical teams.
4. Full Sales Lifecycle Management
- Manage leads from initial contact to closure.
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts
- Maintain consistent follow-ups for successful conversions.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain lead reports and daily visit logs.
- Update CRM regularly with sales progress.
- Submit weekly performance updates.
6. Client Relationship Development
- Build long-term partnerships through regular onsite interactions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding with operations teams
- Drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Experience in IT/SaaS/digital/field sales preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to clients.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable
Preferred
- B2B sales experience in India.
- Strong local business network.
- Ability to travel for client visits.
