What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Lead generation & business development

: Identify and engage potential clients -- corporates, brands, celebrities -- to pitch 4Ace's event and branding services.

Sales pitching & negotiations

: Create compelling sales decks, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.

Client management

: Maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and cross-sell services (event management, celebrity endorsements, PR, magazine coverage). 4aceentertainment.com

Target achievement

: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market research

: Stay on top of trends in events, branding, and celebrity marketing to spot new business opportunities.

Coordinate with delivery teams

: Work closely with operations, creative, and event execution teams to ensure client promises are delivered seamlessly.

Reporting & forecasting

: Maintain sales pipelines, prepare regular reports, and forecast revenues to help with business planning.
Who We Are Looking For (Skills & Experience)

Proven

sales experience
