Key Responsibilities
Daily field visits to meet business owners and decision-makers
Generate new B2B leads through visits, calls, and market research
Explain company services and present business proposals
Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads into clients
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Maintain daily MIS and update CRM
Coordinate with the operations team for client onboarding & support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and convincing skills
Should be comfortable with
daily field work
Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
Experience in B2B/Field Sales preferred (1-3 years)
Freshers with good confidence can apply
Having an own bike and smartphone is preferred
Basic idea of digital/business services is an advantage
