We help businesses streamline operations with intelligent CRM solutions, automation tools, and customized software products. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new B2B clients for CRM and software solutions.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle--from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for customized solutions.
Meet monthly sales targets and prepare pipeline/forecast reports.
Maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and ensure timely communication.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in
B2B Sales / CRM Sales / Software Sales
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage targets, handle pressure, and work independently.
Confident, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
Strong understanding of lead generation, prospecting, and sales closing.
