Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through client visits, calls, and digital platforms.
Identify customer needs and propose suitable automation and electrical solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Coordinate with the technical and operations team for project execution and delivery.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, trade shows, and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Business/Marketing
.
1-3 years of experience in
industrial sales, automation, or electrical product sales
preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
Female candidates are preferred
for this position.
