Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The
Sales Executive
will be responsible for initiating calls to potential clients, explaining Kenbox Technology's products and services, and driving successful conversions. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology sales, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases.
Explain and promote Kenbox Technology's software products and digital solutions effectively.
Identify customer needs, provide product information, and generate qualified leads.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to improve sales processes.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in sales, Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in
IT product sales

Fluency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
