Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products .
Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain an updated customer database and record call details in CRM systems.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer responses.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate product information.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, product demand, and market trends.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and post-sales follow-up.

Candidature:
1-3 years of experience in tele sales, retail sales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
