Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Executive to join our expanding team. As a Business Executive, you will play an essential role in supporting the sales team, driving business development efforts, and ensuring that Sharpassets Consultancy maintains its excellent reputation in the real estate market. You will be responsible for contributing to the execution of sales strategies, managing client relationships, and helping achieve overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support: Assist in executing sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets, supporting the sales team in achieving individual and team goals.
Client Interaction: Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the property buying process.
Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed on current market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team and clients.
Administrative Tasks: Handle necessary documentation, prepare reports, and ensure smooth communication between the sales team and senior management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, ensuring alignment of efforts to achieve company objectives, and provide support when needed to drive performance.
Performance Monitoring: Help track sales progress and identify opportunities for improvement, providing valuable feedback to help streamline processes and achieve sales targets.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience (1+ years) in real estate or a sales-oriented role.
Familiarity with the local real estate market, property values, and trends is a plus. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
