Provide the best possible customer service by becoming the primary point of contact for all client interactions.
Handle customer objections efficiently and ensure proper communication and resolution.
Utilize various digital and communication tools to enhance customer relationships and service quality.
Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners such as DSAs, Connectors, and Business Associates.
Maintain accurate data and timely reporting for internal reviews and audits.
Knowledge, Skills & Functional Competencies
Ability to sell NBFC financial products (e.g., personal loans, business loans, LAP, etc.) and achieve individual monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
Capture and manage customer data in prescribed digital/tech-based formats.
Strong knowledge of KYC norms, loan documentation, and compliance requirements.
Conduct preliminary assessment of loan applications, eligibility evaluation, and handle customer queries effectively.
Adhere to all operational policies and follow the tech-based processes as directed by the management.
Promote the company's brand and ensure product awareness within the target market.
Maintain sales performance data and assist in internal reporting and MIS generation.
Job Specification
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Preference given to Commerce/Finance background).
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in direct sales or channel sales within financial services/NBFC/banking.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
Adaptability to change and readiness to travel within the assigned territory.
Familiarity with tech-based lending systems and CRM tools.
Other Requirements:
Must own a two-wheeler for daily commuting and client visits.
Must have a smartphone with basic digital literacy (for app-based reporting and communication).
