The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, visiting clients across regions, and achieving sales targets through effective product promotion and relationship building.
You will play a key role in representing our brand, increasing market reach, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential and existing clients for product demonstrations and sales meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
Provide feedback from the market to the management team.
Ensure proper reporting of daily field activities and customer visits.
Handle product displays, brand visibility, and merchandising when required.
Travel frequently across assigned territories for sales and promotion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in sales, field sales, or product marketing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and sales tours.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
