to prospective students. This is a target-oriented role that involves reaching out to potential customers through calls, messages, and other communication channels to generate leads and convert them into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain the benefits and structure of our German language courses.
Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Counsel students on course details, duration, fees, and certifications.
Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth coordination.
Requirements:
Graduation is
mandatory
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in
EdTech or telesales
is an added advantage.
