Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales opportunities Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable property options. site visits, and negotiate deals. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategy. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM systems regularly. Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in real estate sales or similar customer-facing role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building ability. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality. Good knowledge of local real estate market and property trends.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
