The Education Sales Executive will be responsible for driving student enrollments through lead generation, counselling, and effective follow-ups. The role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and a customer-centric approach to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face counselling sessions with prospective students and parents.
Explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes effectively.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates to ensure closures.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead updates and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate data and records of inquiries and admissions.
Provide feedback and market insights to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
0-2 years of experience in education sales or counselling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
