About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated
Sales Executives
with a passion for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This is a great opportunity for candidates who hold an

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, site visits, digital marketing, etc.).
Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial real estate properties.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Negotiate and close deals efficiently while achieving monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide clients with property tours and assist them through the entire sales process.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
6 months - 2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
