Job Title: Sales Executive (English-Speaking)

Reports To: Sales Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Executive with a strong technical

aptitude and proven success in sales. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of

experience, preferably in industries like cement, steel, food, wood, oil & gas, or power

plants. As a Sales Executive, you will drive new business by generating qualified leads, managing the sales funnel, and ensuring high conversion rates within your designated region. You will play a key role in building long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and online campaigns to generate new
qualified leads every week.

Identify and reactivate dormant or inactive clients. Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos for the technical team
as needed.

Sales Process Management: Own and manage the regional sales funnel: monitor lead-to-conversion
rates, pipeline progress, and overall health.

Track and report on weekly lead generation, conversion metrics, and regional
sales activities.

Team & Operations Support: Supervise junior team members (as required, 2-5 members). Oversee vendor negotiations, assist in invoicing processes, and manage
inventory levels.

Support other projects, including overseas tasks, as needed. Market & Industry Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, and competitor activities, and provide
feedback for strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

3-5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial/technical sectors (cement, steel,
food, wood, oil & gas, or power plants preferred).

Strong technical acumen, able to grasp and articulate product features and
benefits.

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven success in outbound calling, lead generation, and account management. Experience in overseeing small teams, negotiations, invoicing, and inventory
management is a plus.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills. Willingness to travel domestically or internationally, as required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
