Job Summary:

We are looking for a

smart, well-presented, and customer-focused Sales Executive

to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a flair for sales, and a passion for jewellery. You will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience at the counter.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery pieces based on their preferences and budget. Provide detailed product information, including design, purity, weight, and price. Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and organization of the counter. Handle billing, receipts, and cash/card transactions accurately. Build long-term relationships with customers through professional and personalized service. Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by management. Stay updated on new arrivals, product trends, and ongoing promotions. Ensure security and proper handling of jewellery items. Coordinate with inventory and back-office staff for product availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

12th pass / Graduate

(any stream).

1-3 years of experience

in retail sales (experience in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities. Pleasant personality with good grooming and professional etiquette. Basic knowledge of billing systems and computer operations.

Pay: ₹15,532.65 - ₹25,690.07 per month
