Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve sales goals.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competition.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve market reach.
Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products and services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in
sales, business development, or account management
